The 20v 1.8t VW Intake Manifold
is CNC machined from billet T6061
aluminum stock and is made to replace your
stock oem manifold to provide you with more
air flow for your high horsepower application.
With either a large port or small port design,
both head variations are covered. The manifold
accepts the stock DBW throttle body
on either side as well as the cable
operated 2.0 ABA throttle body.
We also supply a throttle body adapter plate
that accepts R32 or the 70mm
86-93 5.0L Mustang throttle body.
YOU MUST LET US
NO WHICH T/BODY YOU WILL USE! It
also comes with a dash 6 fuel rail setup
for aftermarket Bosch style
injectors with 14mm o-rings. Height adjustable
fuel rail clamps are now provided. Provisions
for the IAT sensor as well as three 1/4"
NPT vacuum holes are tapped into the end
cap. Vacuum fittings and stainless steel
hardware are provided.
