The 20v 1.8t VW Intake Manifold
is CNC machined from billet T6061
Aluminum stock and is made to replace your
stock oem manifold to provide you with more
air flow for your high horsepower application.
With either a large port or small port design,
every head variation is covered. Also unique
to our design is the fact that the throttle
body can be placed on either side of the
plenum. The throttle body adapter plate
accepts the stock R32 throttle body, or
a 70mm 86-93 5.0L Mustang throttle body.
Unlike other aftermarket manifolds, ours
comes with a dash 6 fuel rail setup for
aftermarket
Bosch style 63.5mm
injectors with 14mm o-rings.
Provisions for the IAT sensor as well as
three 1/4" NPT vacuum holes are tapped
into the end cap. Two clamps, two fittings,
and stainless steel hardware are provided.
