Payment Terms
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cashier's check, or money orders are accepted.
Under no circumstances is Ross Machine Racing Inc. responsible for any overdraft chargers or fees that your credit / check card issuing bank may charge you.

Purchasing
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Web site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "view cart" and you will be able to review all items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cashier's check, or money orders. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Custom built parts, will be charged a 50% non refundable retainer fee prior to the beginning of any work. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet. To protect you, we will not ship to a non-billing address, unless we are authorized by you.

Privacy
Ross Machine Company Inc. will not disclose buyers or mailing list information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Shipping / Delivery
The majority of items are always in-stock with the exception of custom or limited production products.
Shipment of In-stock items will in most cases be made within one business day or within twenty four hours after the order has been received.
Normal shipments are made via UPS ground. Shipping by 3-day select, 2nd day air or overnight can be done at the request of the customer at an additional cost. Other delivery methods may be available by request and done at the discretion of RMR Inc. Non-standard shipping prices may contain an additional process fee.
All overseas shipments will be routed the best way at our discretion which is usually USPS Air Parcel Post.
Any shipment errors will be corrected by us using ground shipping. If an error has occurred and said customer would like their product faster than ground, a charge for the difference will be assessed.
We are absolutely not to be held liable for your vehicles down time costs, loss of work, or for rental car fees for any reason, including but not limited to delayed parts shipments, shipment errors, or faulty parts.

Returns
All returns must be authorized by Ross Machine Racing Inc. prior to their return within 30 days of the original purchase date. No returns will be granted after 30 days.

All returns must be in new condition.

Please contact us to obtain a RMA number prior to sending parts. RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package in large letters.

All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

All exchanges will charged for additional shipping and a 15% handling fee.

All returns must include a copy of the original receipt and your contact information. Please include a brief note describing the reason for the return.

Special ordered parts or manufactured parts and or kits, and limited stock products may be non-returnable.

All returns must be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex with the return shipping charges prepaid by customer.

On the return of any merchandise from a foreign country, including Canada, we will not be responsible for any brokerage fees which may be incurred regardless of the reason for return.

Any order discrepancy (shortages, damages, wrong parts, etc) not communicated within 3 business days and returned within 30 days from time of arrival will not be granted.
